The First Ceylon Oolong

Traditionally originating from the Fujian Province of China, First Ceylon Oolong is the first Oolong to be produced in Ceylon (Sri Lanka), just as the name suggests. The sophisticated tea is distinctive in leaf, aroma and liquor. It is delicate and mild, but earthier than other green teas and lighter than most black teas.

Rich mahogany colour with a caramel, malt and fruit notes

HOW TO STEEP

1 TSP
Scoop loose tea leaves to brew.

90 °C
Heat fresh filtered water.

200 ML
Pour hot water over tea leaves.

3 MIN
Steep close to this time for optimum flavour. Strain & sip.
