Made with the delicate Hibiscus flower, resulting in a rich, deep red coloured herbal tea with great complexity. Popularly known as ‘Sour Tea’ in Iran, brew it correctly to bring out the flavour to its optimum, making it an ideal drink for a hot summer day.
