Sourced from an estate that rests 3500 ft. above sea level, this special tea is one of the finest Ceylon teas. This special Pekoe, with even-black leaf, produces a rich coppery infusion with olive highlights.  It is best served with a few slivers of fresh ginger, honey and a twist of lemon.

HOW TO STEEP

Scoop loose tea leaves to brew.

95 °C
Heat fresh filtered water.

200 ML
Pour hot water over tea leaves.

3 MIN
Steep close to this time for optimum flavour. Strain & sip.
