Maofeng

The Maofeng Tea is surrounded by a romantic folklore where one lover turned into the rain while the other into a tea bush. It is believed that this is why the tea garden in China is always cloudy throughout the year. The emerald green, tender tea leaves infuses into a brew that has a bouquet aroma and sweet floral flavour.

HOW TO STEEP

Apply 3-4 g Huang Shan Mao Feng tea leaves to an uncovered ceramic teapot & add 1/3 teapot of hot water

Brew for 30-40 seconds

Then add 2/3 teapot 60°C hot water and brew for 20-30 seconds

It can be infused up to 3 times
