Pai Mutan

Among the many teas in our prized collection, Pai Mutan is the least processed of them all. It comprises of a leaf and a bud which is harvested carefully in the early hours of March and April. Known for its delicate texture and pale lustre, the tea reminds you of being amidst scenic mountains.

HOW TO STEEP

2 TSP
Scoop loose tea leaves to brew.

75 °C
Heat fresh filtered water.

200 ML
Pour hot water over tea leaves.

1-3 MIN
Steep close to this time for optimum flavour. Strain & sip.
