Pi Lo Chun

Pi Lo Chun means ‘Spring Green Snail’ in Chinese. The estate where these delicate tea leaves grow is also home to peach, plum and apricot trees, hence the tea leaves absorb the aroma and flavour of these luscious fruits. These leaves are hand picked only once a year when the they are their peak.

Scoop loose tea leaves to brew.

Heat fresh filtered water.

200 ML
Pour hot water over tea leaves.

Steep close to this time for optimum flavour. Strain & sip.
